Sport and fun
Around the nearby lakes you will find many attractive possibilities to exercise and be active in sports:
Volleyball courts, mini golf course, broad meadows for any kind of ball games, beautiful walking and hiking trails, bicycle paths, in-house bicycle rental.
The Eschenried golf course with its beautiful old stand of trees – popular amongst beginners and pros – is only 2 km away.
Experience nature around the lake
Depending on the season, many rare animals and plants can be seen in the Langwieder See recreation area. You can observe pikes, salamanders and frogs in the shoreline area. With a bit of luck you will come across swallowtail butterflies and rose chafers. Many songbirds and waterfowl, which one otherwise hardly sees, have their territory here.
Wild flowers and herbs grow along the trails — a paradise for photographers and discoverers!
