NOTICE REGARDING THE REGULATION ON ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CONSUMER MATTERS:

As of January 9, 2016, disputes between consumers and merchants arising from online sales contracts and online service contracts are to be resolved via the online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution (ODR platform). The platform is provided by the European Commission and can be found at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure.

Various arbitration bodies have also been established to resolve consumer disputes.
